Completing an attraction is bittersweet, particularly when its development has run in serial for over six months. In this edition, House comes to its conclusion, and the finale is not at all one you might expect. But I digress. House comes to a close, and the final bolts have been applied to this instance. However, now begins the real work. With the shape of the attraction complete, now comes the time to refine, hone, and reshape the ride, making it more enticing to each guest who approaches, and more memorable for those who experience it.
House was started on social media, but due to Threads’ policy regarding feeding content to Meta’s AI, further progress was abandoned there, and the attraction migrated here, Backstage. Since then, we have all together followed Solomon on his bizarre journey through a dark creature’s infernal Wonderland.
The bittersweet feelings, then, are a broad mix of relief at finally having finished the initial draft of the attraction; pride at effort invested in its production; sorrow in closing the doors to something created with deep emotional investment; anticipation for the coming editorial process; and excitement at the potential for the finished product.
The core of House may be complete, but there is much that remains to explore before the attraction opens in the Calamity proper. I look forward to sharing its progress with you and hope you join me in celebrating its release when the time comes.
In the meantime, there is much to peruse Backstage! When you have completed your sojourn through House, be sure to catch up with A Vampire’s Vengeance, and Bus Driver! These characters have yet much to share with you as they progress through their respective experiences.
Let’s get into it →

Body Count has resurfaced this week as an attraction in development, though not in direct order. Plans continue to be drawn for the attraction, much of which consists of a great amount of research. Due to the themes which will be explored in the story, a heavy amount of research in the realm of poverty, prostitution, true crime, and feminist theory is underway. The end goal of this all is an attraction which will leave you with much to question and discuss as you follow the heroine on her way out of Victorian Whitechapel.

Things are starting to get meaty, as Isabelle and Edgar uncover more of what transpired at the Manor. And Edgar reveals a darker side in this installment of A Vampire’s Vengeance:

It’s the finale of House! The final chapter! How did it arrive so soon?! This may be the end of House, but it is certainly not the end of Solomon’s story. Or is it? Come look see:

Come immerse yourself in this curious attraction from 1936. Two men step into a theater that shouldn’t exist and experience a film in a way that is far too real.
